Our Story

Challengers Cricket Club was born from a shared vision: to elevate the quality of cricket in London, Ontario. In 2025, professionals from diverse backgrounds—engineering, finance, technology, healthcare, and education—came together, united by their passion for cricket and commitment to community building.

What makes us unique is our diversity of experience. From former first-class cricketers to seasoned club administrators, from IT specialists to community organizers, each board member brings specialized expertise. Together, we combine strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and grassroots experience to create a professionally run, community-focused cricket club that London deserves.

To transform cricket in London, Ontario by establishing professional standards, fostering inclusive participation, and creating pathways for players of all ages and skill levels. We're not just another cricket club—we're building a movement that combines competitive excellence with community development, bridging cultures and creating opportunities through the sport we love.

Former first-class cricketer from Bangladesh with over 20 years of cricket leadership experience. Proud father of three, served as Social Chair for MTA University Society of All Nations (2008-09), President of MTA Cricket Club (2007-09), and Captain of Fleming College Cricket Team (2017). Passionate about nurturing the next generation of cricket players and creating fun, creative team building activities.

Our board is dedicated to transparency, community engagement, and the growth of cricket in London, Ontario. As a registered non-profit corporation, we operate with integrity and accountability.
